Join Project India

Project India was launched in January 2007 as 160 Key District Leaders began their training involving 10 courses related to Pastoral Ministry and Church Planting. These 160 men will in turn begin training an additional 40 Pastors/Church Planters each in India, Bhutan and Bangladesh over the next three years. By projects end there will have been over 7,000 Pastors trained and 7,000 church's planted with conservatively 250,000 individuals coming to know and grow in Christ.

Project India was birthed in the heart of Pastor David Nelms in the spring of 2006 while in India visiting with our South East Asian Director, Harsha Kumar and Joshua Vijahkumar. Upon returning to the states the vision was shared with the Elders of Grace Fellowship and were overwhelmingly embraced.

The size and scope of this project is such that it will only be accomplished through God's grace and abundant provision through the body of Christ. Administrative challenges faced in such a broad geographical and cultural scope bring unique challenges. Approximately $1,000,000 will be needed to fund the project over the next 3 years. For such challenges prayer and partnership are crucial.
